What is Sunekos® Performa & 1200?
Sunekos® is a patented combination of amino acids and hyaluronic acid designed to stimulate fibroblasts. Fibroblasts are the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, the structural proteins that maintain skin firmness and elasticity.
The Performa formulation is ideal for delicate areas such as the under eye where skin is thin and prone to creasing. Sunekos® 1200 has a higher molecular weight hyaluronic acid and is used to improve skin density and structure in areas that require more support.
At Enhance Clinispa, we combine both within a medically led protocol. At the first appointment, both Performa and 1200 are administered in targeted areas. Two weeks later, Performa is repeated to optimise regeneration and refine results.
This dual approach improves texture, crepiness, fine lines and skin laxity while maintaining a completely natural appearance.
What's our process?
Step 1
Before treatment at Enhance Clinispa, you will attend a consultation so our medical team can review your medical history, assess your skin quality and understand your concerns. We examine the treatment area carefully and explain exactly what Sunekos® can and cannot achieve.
We focus on realistic outcomes. This treatment improves skin quality. It does not create dramatic volume or instant tightening.
Only once suitability is confirmed will we proceed.
Step 2
On the day of treatment, please arrive without makeup. The skin will be cleansed thoroughly and numbing cream applied if required.
Sunekos® Performa and 1200 are injected using fine needles or cannula depending on the area treated. The first appointment includes both formulations placed strategically in targeted areas. Two weeks later, Performa is repeated to enhance the regenerative process.
You may experience mild swelling or small bumps immediately after injection. These typically settle within 24-48 hours.
The procedure takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
Step 3
After treatment, the area will be gently cleansed and you will receive clear aftercare instructions.
We advise avoiding strenuous exercise, heat exposure, alcohol and excessive touching of the area for 24 hours. Mild swelling or tenderness is normal and settles quickly.
Results develop gradually. Collagen and elastin production takes time. Most patients notice smoother texture, improved elasticity and brighter skin over the following weeks.
We recommend a re-cycle at 6 months to maintain results and continue collagen stimulation.
